Helene Martine Johnsen is a certified personal trainer with expertise in nutrition and a bachelor’s degree in nursing. After several years in healthcare, she now dedicates herself fully to helping clients reach their goals. With a strong background in dance and gymnastics, Helene brings a functional, dynamic, and highly personalized approach to training — always tailored to the individual.
